When I register for an Event and select my Team, who can see it?

Prior to the start of the Event, no one is able to see the details of your team, other than you. Organizers and players can see that you've selected a team, but have access to no other information beyond that. Access to your team is dictated by the rules described in the Team Visibility help article.

Once the Event starts and the Orgnanizer begins the player validation phase, they will be able to see the team that you've selected, regardless of Team Visibility settings (ie, Public, Unlisted, or Private). This is so that they are able to judge the validity of the team and work with you, the player, to ensure that the team meets the rules of the Event. During this phase, no other player or spectator will have access.

After the organizer has completed validation of your team, it will be copied, frozen, and made public to all other players and spectators, and will remain so for the duration of the Event and beyond. If you want to make changes to your team after it's been validated, you will need to speak with your Event Organizer and have them re-verify the changes.
