Rules Validation

The change we pushed this week was fairly subtle, but a few of you picked up on it. We're trying to better enforce the rules in the team builder. The idea is to make it so that if you see a build on the website, you can have pretty good confidence that it's legal.

That means we'll restrict you from adding units beyond your point total, limiting you to 1 of a unit if it's unique, only equipping 1 unit (unless specifically allowed, like Mandarin rings), etc.
