Rules Validation Toggle

You can now disable rules validation by changing the "Enforce Rules" toggle to "Off". The setting is site-wide.

If the team you've built isn't following the rules, we'll show you an "!" icon next to the unit that's causing problems. Hover over the icon and the tooltip will provide the exact reason why.
